Overview
Context
Since 2010 SHAKENOV.CHINA has helped clients from CIS countries study, work and do business in China: visas and residence permits, company registration, university admission, supplier sourcing and logistics. Its clients live in other countries, so the request, consultation, payment and document exchange all have to happen online.
Goal
Bring the whole client journey into one system. A person leaves a request on the website, pays for a consultation by link, and then follows their services, payments and documents in a personal account. The team gets a single workspace for requests, clients and payments.

Results
- The whole client journey online
- The request, consultation, payment and documents need no office visit. For a client in another country, that is the deciding argument.
- Requests that arrive briefed
- The brief gathers the details in advance, so the first meeting is spent on the solution, not on questions.
- Payments without confusion
- Every payment is tied to a client and a service, the receipt is attached, and both sides see the status.
- Clients always know where they stand
- The portal shows which services are in progress, how much has been paid and where the documents are.
- Order in the team’s work
- Consultations, clients and payments sit in one workspace with separate access rights.
