How the work is organised
I take a project from the first conversation with the business owner to launch and further growth. Select a stage to learn more.
I study how sales, stock and delivery work and find where the business loses leads and money.
I build systems around what the business needs
First I learn how the business works and where its revenue comes from, then I design the system and lead its development through to launch. That approach produces systems people use every day.
I am a co-founder of ZIYO, a company that builds digital products for business and education. On client projects I work as team lead and lead developer; my own products I build myself. I also teach at a programming school: Python, Frontend and GameDev.
